Informative staff, fairly clean hotel, well-organised and well-kept room. Nice building and rooms with space to relax. Marvellous location to Bayfront Park. Situated in a shopping area. Great property restaurant.

I loved its marvellous and fantastic location!
The staff were all consistently courteous, exceptional. The room was tastefully decorated and well-organised with good temperature control, a pull out sofa "bed ", the TV, everything was very good.

Three sisters- I'm the youngest at 60. The staff was so accommodating and helpful! Yes, the facilities were well kept and clean. But the personnel at this location treated us like their favorite aunts :)
The 2 older sisters slept in the beds. The couch was less comfortable but still tolerable :)

bed was VERY comfy---business computer room and copy machine was unexpected and came in handy when I needed directions to a cousins lake house
don't overcook the scrambled eggs ---they reminded me of pancakes

I was with my 87 year old father in law and some of the staff was rude and made you feel like your issue was not their problem at all. The owner was not very interested in my issues with my bill and changing rooms. and the breakfast was mediocre at best.

We stay here every time we come to the area to visit family. Consistently, everything works (TV, Bathroom, coffeemaker, etc.) and you do get a fairly comfortable room in which to stay. Very convenient to shopping, eateries, etc.
Can't think of anything off hand.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious king suite. The staff was accommodating, and it felt cute with our dog. The breakfast was a highlight, with a nice variety. Plus, the hotel was conveniently close to Timber Creek Golf Course, fun for family outings.
My kids wished there were more entertainment options for them around the hotel.
